Hi Mel, I just wanted to say thank you. I have written to you before but after reading your advice on exercise, I bought the book you recommended and started exercising. This is the first time since my first bout of fatigue 8 years ago that I have moved. I started with 5 mins a day, and some very light weights, and for weeks I slept afterwards and then something happened. I started feeling a bit stronger, not quite so tired, I could do more walking and more weights. I am still progressing slowly but I am now doing about 40 mins walking a day with some weights.
